I was very pleased, my Rinnai job went so well. I thought it would. When Mike’s competition tried to fast talk me, I knew right away Mike would be the right man for the job. Can you believe Mike’s estimate was only HALF of the other guys? It really does pay to know the right plumber!

I had several area plumbers come out to give me an estimate on a water softening system. Mike’s estimate came in lowest by a good margin, so after checking with some friends (that had some work done by him), I gave him the nod.
It turns out that Mike’s work was top notch. The system was installed promptly. He was courteous, cleaned up after himself, and did a great job showing me how to program (and use) the system. He even came back and did a hardness test a couple of weeks after installation, to ensure everything was working properly.
Couldn’t be happier with the service I received!
